User Accounts

  • Users must provide accurate details
  • Account security is user responsibility
  • Misuse may result in suspension

Seller Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate product details
  • Deliver orders on time
  • Sell legal and authentic products only

Orders & Payments

  • Orders confirmed after successful placement
  • Payment methods include COD and online payment
  • Orders may be canceled due to errors or fraud

Shipping

  • Delivery depends on seller and courier
  • Charges may apply (PKR 200–300 typical)

Prohibited Activities

  • Selling illegal or counterfeit goods
  • Fraud or misuse of platform
  • Fake listings or misleading info

Intellectual Property

All website content belongs to Wowistan.pk and cannot be reused without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Wowistan is not responsible for:

  • Product quality issues
  • Delivery delays by couriers
  • Losses from transactions between users

Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts violating policies.

Governing Law

These terms follow the laws of Pakistan.
