  • Item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Request is made within 5 days of delivery

Conditions

  • Product must be unused
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or handmade items (unless defective)
  • Used or damaged by customer

Refund Process

  • Refund is initiated after seller approval
  • Processing time: 5–10 working days
  • Refund method:
    • Bank transfer / mobile wallet
    • Or reversal if prepaid

Shipping Charges

Non-refundable because Courier service is third party service  

Order Cancellation

  • Allowed before shipment
  • Wowistan may cancel orders due to stock issues or fraud concerns
